For the function Business Services Land Transport Europe in Frankfurt/Main we are looking for a Project Manager. The main task of the function is to continuously and sustainably improve the processes related to incoming customer EDI. Additional project tasks will also be assigned with the goal of developing and implementing measurable improvements for operations across Europe. As a member of a progressive and highly motivated team in the Eu-ropean HQ, you will play a key role in the joint development of the Business Services function. Key areas of the function are customer service, order data management, invoicing and settlement, and operations center land. Your Tasks: + Drive and optimize digital customer data transfers + Ensure quality of incoming customer order data + Enhance existing and develop new eSchenker services + Drive standardization of Business Services processes and solutions across Europe + Act as responsible and accountable project lead for further key projects of the Business Services function
+ Qualification as a forwarding agent and or a Bachelor or master's degree + You have relevant working experience, ideally with an international logistics service provider, in managing projects as well as analyzing and improving processes in Business Services + Experience in managing and coordinating projects + Your conceptual and analytical skills allow you to balance the different and sometimes conflicting demands in daily project management and to always link it to the overall targets + You have excellent communication and intercultural skills to drive alignment and collaboration across Eu-rope and you speak English fluently + Specific expertise in eSchenker Services would be an asset
